Just in Time for America’s 250th

I am pleased that a title I wrote several years ago, The Battle of Bunker Hill: Battles of the American Revolution, has been re-released by Cherry Lake Publishing. It is a part of their History Perspectives series, which views a historic event through three different perspectives. This book lets young readers learn about the Battle of Bunker Hill through the perspectives of a Colonial Minuteman, a British soldier, and a female innkeeper.

It’s New Books Time!

There’s nothing so wonderful as getting author copies of new books! This fall my focus is on how the environment is affected by natural events: Droughts and the Environment and Tornadoes and the Environment. These two new books are part of the same series that I wrote Wildfires and the Environment for.

New for Fall 2023

Fall is coming quickly, and I have a new book out!

The Untold Story of Michael Collins: Apollo 11 Pilot is part of Capstone’s First But Forgotten series. Collins was one of three astronauts on the 1969 Apollo 11 mission, famous for Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin’s walk on the moon. However, Collins has never received as much attention, even though he had possibly the most important role of the mission.

Happy Spring 2022!
